Refund Policy

Dobrusky Capital LLC sells digital products and software access. No physical goods are shipped.

1. General Policy

Because Dobrusky products are digital and access may be granted shortly after purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • duplicate purchases

  • accidental double charges

  • billing errors

  • technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

3. When Refunds Are Generally Not Available

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • change of mind

  • lack of use

  • dissatisfaction based on trading performance or market results

  • failure to understand the product where the website or checkout described it accurately

  • failure to cancel before the next renewal date

  • partial use of a subscription period

4. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not typically create a refund for charges already processed. Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

5. Lifetime Access

If a product is sold with a lifetime option, “lifetime” refers to the commercial life of that product offering, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
